From the moment we arrived the very good staff made us feel welcomed. It was a marvellous and stunning location right by coastline, the outskirts of Funchal, close to the sea, and Funchal and Praia do Formosa.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

I have stayed in classic room for 2 nights, it was complete with a good sized balcony, good beds and great views. Location: the hotel was so close to different restaurants, Madeira and Regency Cliff. Also, Cais do Carvao was just a short distance away.
